When you see it in a child, or at some kind of celebration, when your team wins that awesome victory or even when you get that great report about your health.

There is nothing like Joy!

But joy is much more than what happens to you.  Joy is also a choice.  A choice each of can make daily or even moment to moment.  But in this crazy world, how do we do it, how do we make that choice?
